How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it, please email us at: customerserviceflatline@outlook.com. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

Please contact us at customerserviceflatline@outlook.com stating your problem, attach pictures of the garment and the problem, order number and name.

How do I return defective goods?

If you have gotten a damaged item, please contact us at customerserviceflatline@outlook.com and attach photos of the damaged item. We will try and come up with a suitable solution or you can return the item.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Orders made nationally will take 3-5 working days to get delivered. For international orders this might take a bit longer. We will try our best to get your product delivered to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your Flatline The Label product as much as we do!

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order you will get a mail stating that we received your order. Once the order will be sent you will get a mail stating your order has been sent and the tracking code.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDeal and PayPal.

How can I return my order?

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

Yes, we ship internationally and accept international credit cards.
