Returns & Refunds

We really hope you will love your Flatline The Label products as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return your items here’s what you need to do:

– All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

– Good must be returned unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact.

– We recommend the customer obtaining proof of postage in case of mistakes at the post office.

– The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We care about the environment and want to limit returns as much as possible, so please be careful, check our size charts and think twice before ordering double sizes of a garment.

– Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will refund the item value.

– If you would like to return your items please download our return form below and please send this with your  return.

– We will contact you as soon as your exchange has been processed.

– If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately. Customerserviceflatline@outlook.com. Please include a photo of the items and we can advice you on how to proceed.
